Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to maintain rental properties, offices, and grounds at Fort Campbell, KY. You will perform building repairs and servicing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, respond to service calls, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment.
• Basic familiarity with computers or tablets.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English to understand instructions.
• REAL ID compliant driver’s license required to access federal facility.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and maintenance requests.
• Install and connect stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and other appliances.
• Transport, load/unload and move supplies and materials.
• Repair and fabricate window/door screens and frames.
• Operate power tools and perform grounds maintenance.
• Remove floor tiles, drywall, and other materials as needed.
• Maintain work-site cleanliness and accurate paperwork on a timely basis.
• Keep supervisor informed of activities and issues.
