Job summary

WinnCompanies is searching for a Laborer to join our military housing team at Fort Buchanan, PR. Your primary responsibilities include maintenance and cleaning across the community, offices, residential areas, grounds and parking lots.

You will also assist maintenance teams and support safe operation of warehouse facilities. This federal facility role requires a REAL ID compliant driver’s license/ID for access.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English; follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tools, equipment, and parts on site and assist with setup/teardown.
• Perform cleaning, painting, and light maintenance tasks around the property.
• Transport and install appliances and equipment.
• Respond to service calls and complete repairs as directed.
• Maintain paperwork, time logs, and inventory per instructions.
