Job summary

As a hands-on role, you will perform grounds work, material handling, basic repairs, and assist skilled trades. One year of laboring experience or an equivalent training is required, plus PA residency.

Qualifications

• One year of laboring work experience, including use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grounds work: mowing, trimming shrubs, debris cleanup.
• Material handling: load/unload trucks, move furniture or equipment.
• Maintenance support: basic repairs to buildings and facilities.
• Trade assistance: assist skilled workers with demolition, cement mixing, scaffolding setup.
• Snow removal: clear walkways in winter conditions.
• Painting tasks: prepare surfaces and apply paint to walls/woodwork.
