Job summary

Fairmount Behavioral Health System, located on a 27-acre campus in Philadelphia, seeks a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our team and support our behavioral health services. The role involves maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and hospital grounds, ensuring safety and reliability for patients and staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma and trade school preferred.
Two years' experience in carpentry, building, equipment and utility maintenance preferred.
Valid driver's license required; Electrical or Plumbing license preferred.
Knowledge of maintenance, power and hand tools, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing repair.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain mechanical equipment, electrical systems and building structures.
Inspect sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, emergency lighting and wiring.
Provide general care and maintenance to hospital grounds.
