Job summary

RHO Residential in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Porter to support the maintenance team and ensure a safe, clean living environment for residents. The role involves assisting with grounds, common areas, and move-in readiness, with a focus on punctuality and reliability.

Education requires basic English literacy and math skills; no prior experience is required. Valid driver's license recommended. Compensation is $22.00 per hour for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Education: ability to read and write English correctly and fluently.
• No previous working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, models and common areas in neat condition.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks and entrances.
• Enter Work Orders from residents.
• Assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready.
• Remove trash and debris from the community.
• Complete tasks per procedures in a timely manner.
• Snow removal of sidewalks, entrances and common areas.
• Deliver notifications to residents.
• Transport small equipment between departments.
• Set up tables and chairs for events.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
