Job summary

Seasons at Sandpoint in Idaho is seeking a part-time Maintenance team member to help maintain the nine-acre lakeshore resort. You will care for the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, the beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exteriors grounds, storage areas and garage.

You will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained, and the role may fill in for property watch as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Pool and hot tub maintenance experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Retreat building and all exterior/interior common areas.
• Care for the beach, pool, hot tub, marina, and grounds.
• Ensure mechanical systems and equipment are operational; may cover property watch as needed.

Additionally, the Maintenance Person will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. This position may fill in for property watch as needed.
