Job summary

Seasons at Sandpoint is seeking a Maintenance Part-Time associate to help oversee upkeep of nine acres lakeshore resort. Responsibilities cover the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exterior grounds, storage areas and garage.

The role ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained, with potential coverage for property watch as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general maintenance skills.
• Must have great communication skills and be a team player.
• Pool and hot tub maintenance experience is helpful.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exterior grounds, storage areas and garage.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
• May fill in for property watch as needed.

Additionally, the Maintenance Person will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. This position may fill in for property watch as needed.
