Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Leadman to supervise craft workers, provide guidance to the work crew, and perform journeyman-level carpentry. The role includes leading field operations, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety on concrete form and scaffolding tasks.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in carpentry, with ability to work at heights and follow specifications. Strong teamwork and precise workmanship are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement.
• Ability to plan work and select proper tools.
• Experience following blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew and coordinate tasks on site.
• Inspect materials, measure and mark cutting lines.
• Assemble scaffolding and set frames per specs.
• Use carpentry hand tools to trim and fit wood components.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and report incidents.
• Move materials and maintain work areas in organized state.
