Job summary

jade owls is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead field maintenance operations across our assets in the Wyoming and Oklahoma regions. The role focuses on supervising maintenance technicians, planning maintenance to maximize uptime, and aligning maintenance with production goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in oil & gas maintenance, 2+ years of supervising teams, and a strong track record in safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervising or leading teams.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and field operations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily work of maintenance technicians across assigned areas.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize production uptime.
• Make decisions on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance processes, standards, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party services.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Operations leadership to align maintenance strategy with production goals.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Foreman to lead and oversee field maintenance operations across our assets.
