Job summary

jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator focused on integrity and cash flow, with operations in Oklahoma and beyond. We are seeking a hands-on field teammate to perform maintenance, support daily operations, and help keep well sites running smoothly.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers overtime eligibility, comprehensive medical premiums, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and potential RSU awards as the company grows. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Oil & gas field experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general oilfield labor including maintenance, repairs, and cleanup.
• Assist Lease Operators and Foremen with daily operations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain well sites, tank batteries, roads, and locations.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with landowners and team members.
