Job summary

jade owls is seeking an experienced Electrician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across our field operations in Wyoming. This hourly, non-exempt role offers overtime eligibility and hands-on work with pumps, motors, panels, VFDs, and control systems.

You will read schematics, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records. A high school diploma or GED is required; journeyman or electrical certification preferred,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman or Electrical Certification preferred.
• Oil & gas or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs and motor controls a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on pumps, motors, panels, VFDs, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work records.
