In this on-site role, you’ll oversee technicians, schedule and prioritize repairs, and ensure safe, reliable fleet operations. You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinate vendors, control parts and repair costs, and uphold WM’s standards for safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility while mentoring technicians and supporting continuous improvement in shop performance.
