Job summary

ResiHome is seeking a Maintenance Field Technician in Orlando, FL to perform inspections, assess homes, and execute repairs across multiple trades. The role requires strict adherence to building codes and quality standards, with focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in building and construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Knowledge of construction methods and local, state, and federal building codes.
• Experience in Public Housing, Real Estate, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement or equivalent.
• Certifications are preferred but not required: OSHA 10, EPA Type I/II, HVAC, CPO (pool), Home Inspection.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspection of turns to ensure renovations meet scope of work and quality standards.
• Apply construction knowledge to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Perform general assessments and alert Property Management when action is needed.
• Carry out repairs in vacant and occupied homes across multiple trades.
• Use and care for company tools and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
