Job summary

Lake Washington School District is seeking a Professional-Technical Level O role to oversee maintenance, repair and regulatory compliance of District buildings and grounds. This position ensures that facilities used by students, staff and the community are safe and well maintained.

The job reports to the Associate Director of Maintenance and requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least five years of increasing responsibilities in facilities and maintenance, with supervisory experience

Summary

Education And Experience Requirements

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Generally, The Job Requires 40% Sitting, 30% Walking, And 30% Standing. The Job Is Performed Indoors Under Minimal Temperature Variations And Outdoors Under Temperature Variations Consistent With The Region, And In a Generally Hazard Free Environment. The Usual And Customary Methods Of Performing The Functions Of This Job Require The Following Physical Demands

• Frequent reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling.
• Frequent climbing and balancing
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
