Enterhealth is looking for a skilled Maintenance Facility Manager to join our team and help maintain our beautiful grounds, buildings, and facilities. If you're proactive, organized, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine inspections and repairs on cabins, buildings, equipment, and outdoor grounds.

• Maintain HVAC systems, motors, fans, and pool equipment.

• Prioritize daily work orders and execute tasks from our preventative maintenance program.

• Support the development and implementation of safety and emergency plans.

• Participate in safety drills and keep documentation current (JC, HHS compliance).

• Assist with purchasing supplies and keeping accurate records for accounting.

• Ensure pool compliance with local health department standards during swim season.

• Support light landscaping needs like mowing, pathway upkeep, planting, and irrigation.

• Maintain a professional attitude and support a safe, respectful community environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, general repairs, and landscaping.

• Ability to work independently, handle physical labor, and respond to emergency issues.

• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.

• Familiarity with safety codes and standards, including JC and HHS compliance.

• Willingness to work with a diverse population, including individuals in recovery.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, walk uneven terrain, and operate machinery.

• Willing to work in varied environments- offices, cabins, and outdoor spaces.
