Job summary
Triumph Geared Solutions in Macomb, Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician to supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate activities for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. You will oversee preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and facility upkeep, ensuring safe, compliant operations and timely project delivery.
The role requires extensive hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, strong problem solving, and the ability to guide teams across shifts.
Qualifications
- Specialized post-secondary education in building trades or electrical/electronic certification.
- Eight+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of facility engineering principles, codes, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, design, and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance projects and energy/conservation efforts.
- Guide staff performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of controls.
