Job summary

AISIN is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Section Manager to lead the department supporting production, equipment reliability, and facility upkeep. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate contractors across the campus.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets and company objectives.

Qualifications

Associate degree with minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance role or 8+ years in maintenance/manufacturing support.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Working knowledge of machine mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Department to support production, equipment reliability, facility upkeep, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance operations, facilities management, equipment uptime, predictive and preventative maintenance, and budget control.
Oversee contractor management, vendor coordination, technician development, and achievement of department objectives.
Drive safety compliance and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
