Job summary

• Manage, coach and direct Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop maintenance level and policies and procedures.
• Implement Predictive Maintenance schedule.
• Control storeroom and spare parts inventory to prevent downtime.
• Schedule repairs to minimize production interruptions and equipment downtime.
• Lead reduction of unplanned downtime through preventative maintenance.
• Determine critical machines for downtime and risk assessment.
• Negotiate with outside contractors for repairs.
• Oversee electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Oversee pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical maintenance.
• Track NGs and follow up countermeasures.
• Develop and document training for equipment and processes.
• Ensure OSHA safety, production utilization goals, and facilities support.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure EPA compliance.
• Meet department budget.
