Job summary

AAF International seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department with a focus on project management, automation systems, and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize uptime.

You will plan and execute capital projects across two nearby plants, lead automation implementations (PLCs, SCADA, robotics), manage CMMS, and drive OEE improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years maintenance management experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with capital projects and automation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute maintenance and engineering projects, including capital improvements
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines and resources
• Lead automation systems integration (PLCs, SCADA, robotics, IoT)
• Manage CMMS, track maintenance trends and improve OEE
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with cross-functional teams
