Job summary

Service Partners seeks a Maintenance Mechanic/Facilities Manager in Rogers, MN to keep mechanical assets running safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with production, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee vendor relations while ensuring environmental safety standards are met.

The role requires an associate degree plus 5+ years in maintenance, strong electrical knowledge, and experience with welding and plumbing. Travel and safety responsibilities are integral to daily duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and 5+ years in manufacturing equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Mechanical/technical knowledge of plastic processing equipment and maintenance.
• Strong electrical background, capable of working up to 440V.
• Experience with welding, refrigeration, compressed air systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Manufacturing Engineering processes in collaboration with production and planning.
• Develop processes and mechanical improvements to boost safety and efficiency.
• Manage equipment and facility maintenance schedules and parts inventory.
• Install, maintain, and repair production equipment and facilities.
