Job summary

Innovate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Pennsylvania site to lead a shift maintenance crew in delivering the maintenance plan safely and on time. You will drive daily maintenance activities, manage work orders and coach your team to meet goals.

You will bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 2+ years of leadership, and experience with CMMS, Excel, Outlook, and SAP. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in high-speed manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance team or shift.
• Experience with a CMMS, plus Excel, Outlook and SAP.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Two years of college or a technical qualification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a shift maintenance crew to deliver the maintenance plan safely and on time.
• Set the crew's goals, manage work orders, and help plan daily maintenance.
• Get hands-on troubleshooting machinery and supporting line changeovers.
• Develop and improve the preventive maintenance programme, and run a strong asset management and housekeeping programme.
• Make sure the crew stays fully compliant with safety, GMP, FDA and ISO requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset.
• Work with the Maintenance Manager and the Training team to close skills gaps and develop your team.
