Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager for a Pennsylvania location. You will lead plant maintenance, internal tooling operations, and facilities activities, with responsibility for a second manufacturing operation.

You will oversee reliability programs, manage budgets, and develop a ~30-person team while occasionally traveling to the second facility to provide oversight.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading industrial maintenance teams and managing plant facilities.
• Working knowledge of machining, toolrooms, or in-house fabrication of production tooling and replacement parts.
• Ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets, and technical personnel across manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and reliability programs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the internal machine shop/toolroom that supports tooling, dies, and replacement parts for manufacturing equipment.
• Manage plant facilities, utilities, contractors, maintenance budgets, and capital improvements.
• Lead and develop an approximately 30-person maintenance and facilities organization.
• Provide maintenance and operational oversight for a second facility, with periodic travel.
