The Affordable Housing Network is looking for a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Lead who brings strong maintenance skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to provide leadership while still being actively involved in day-to-day maintenance and facility needs.
From preventative maintenance and building repairs to inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and special projects, no two days will look exactly the same.
As the Maintenance & Facilities Lead, you'll work closely with the Facilities Manager to keep our properties, equipment, and systems safe, functional, and well maintained. You'll also provide guidance and support to other team members while helping coordinate ongoing maintenance needs and projects.

What you need:
You will need a High School Diploma or GED and have prior experience in maintaining facilities - OR - equivalent maintenance and facilities related experience. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferable.
