Affordable Housing Network in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Lead to maintain and improve building systems, oversee day-to-day maintenance, and provide leadership to the maintenance team. The Affordable Housing Network is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance & Facilities Lead who brings strong maintenance skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to provide leadership while still being actively involved in day‑to‑day maintenance and facility needs.
From preventative maintenance and building repairs to inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and special projects, no two days will look exactly the same.
The work you do in this position matters. A repaired heating system, a safe entryway, a well‑maintained apartment, or a problem caught during an inspection isn't just another item checked off a list—it helps provide a safe and reliable home for someone in our community.

What you need:
You will need a High School Diploma or GED and have prior experience in maintaining facilities – OR – equivalent maintenance and facilities related experience.
