Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while assisting with building maintenance and cart retrieval. You will help customers by loading purchases into their vehicles and keeping the parking lot and cart area clean.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and at least every other weekend, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned retailer that values its employees and safety.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Prior Retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with building maintenance and cart retrieval
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area
• Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms
• Support other departments as assigned
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
