Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing efficient service and keeping the facility clean and well-maintained. You will help retrieve carts, assist customers with loading purchases, and maintain the parking lot and restrooms.

The role requires good communication, retail experience preferred, and flexibility for evenings and every other weekend. Pre-employment screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
