Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Walker, Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service and help maintain our store. You will assist customers, retrieve carts, load purchases, and keep parking areas clean while following safety procedures.

This full-time role offers weekend shifts with a $2.50/hr premium on Saturdays and Sundays, plus base pay up to $15.00/hr and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide helpful shopping support.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot and assist loading purchases into vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, cart area, floors and restrooms.
• Support other departments as needed and follow safety policies.
