Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver excellent customer service while assisting with building maintenance and cart retrieval. Duties include helping customers load purchases, maintaining parking areas, and performing facility cleaning tasks.

Experience in retail is preferred; you must be able to work evenings and at least every other weekend and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
