Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance or related manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership to direct teams and drive results.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with turnaround planning and maintenance work processes.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance execution to support safe, reliable plant operations.
• Manage maintenance and operations work orders in the EAM system: creation, approval, scheduling, execution review, backlog, closure.
• Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules; lead backlog and scheduling meetings; coordinate resources.
• Lead execution of planned and unplanned shutdowns: job plans, schedule coordination, progress tracking, closeout, and plant turnarounds.
• Implement and maintain maintenance processes, procedures, and standards; identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and spending control.
• Monitor maintenance and reliability KPIs; support improvements in equipment reliability and performance.
• Communicate with Facility Managers and Shift Supervisors to establish work priorities and coordinate activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support; coordinate with engineering, procurement, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Participate in root cause failure analyses and support corrective actions.
