Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in refinery maintenance and reliability.
• Master’s degree in Engineering required.
• Experience leading maintenance networks and cross-site improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate in refinery environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Maintenance network across all refinery locations.
• Lead network meetings and promote best-practice sharing.
• Develop a vision for maintenance to support safe, reliable, and competitive operations.
• Identify and document best practices for SAP EAM maintenance workflows.
• Steward user network for SAP EAM to drive system improvements.
• Lead Lean initiatives and drive HF Sinclair Lean Maintenance model.
• Drive development of maintenance performance metrics across sites.
