HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Director of Maintenance Excellence to oversee the maintenance network across all refinery locations, aligning with safety, reliability, and competitive operation.

You will lead senior maintenance managers, drive reliability improvements, and advance SAP EAM workflows while promoting lean practices and benchmarking across the fleet.

Requires a Master’s in Engineering, 15+ years in refinery maintenance, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in refinery maintenance and reliability.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities; able to influence multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance network across all refinery locations and fleets.
• Lead and conduct network meetings to promote best practices and information sharing.
• Develop a vision and drive Lean maintenance initiatives in the fleet.
• Identify and implement SAP EAM maintenance workflows and improvements.
• Drive benchmarking against industry standards for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Manage career development and performance of maintenance professionals.
