The role directs benchmarking, improvement opportunities, and SAP EAM workflow development while steering Lean initiatives and site performance metrics.

The position requires a Master’s in Engineering with at least 15 years in refinery maintenance and strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of refinery maintenance and reliability experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to lead senior managers and improve reliability and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance network across all refinery locations.
• Develops vision for maintenance network aligning with safe, reliable operations.
• Identifies best practices and leads benchmarking against industry.
• Documents and implements SAP EAM maintenance workflows.
• Leads Lean maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement across sites.
