Greencroft Communities in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. No experience is required as we are willing to train the right person and provide an opportunity to learn hands-on skills.

Responsibilities include basic repairs, painting, floor care, and maintaining outdoor areas. You will help keep tools organized and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe, comfortable community for residents.

Qualifications

No maintenance experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning new things, this is a great opportunity to get started.

What You'll Do

• Help with basic repairs and maintenance requests

What We're Looking For

No previous maintenance experience is required! We welcome entry-level candidates who are ready to learn. Any experience with repairs, construction, or landscaping is a plus, but not necessary.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, daytime hours
• Rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage
