We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities and equipment, as well as ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our residents.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor
Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
Assist other departments as needed, such as plumbing and electrical repairs
Participate in in-service training programs and attend regular meetings
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
