Job summary

Voltava is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will support uptime, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety and quality goals.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens Step 7).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical, welding and electrical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting and reading schematics/blueprints.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7 controls.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and facility systems.
• Ability to work safely following lockout/tagout and safety requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules.
