Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor for Kona Kai San Diego Resort on Shelter Island. This hands-on leader oversees maintenance operations, manages work orders, and ensures safety and superior guest experiences across hotel facilities, systems, and equipment.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering and requires experience in building maintenance with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use power and hand tools safely.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Engineering team members and daily operations.
• Manage work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and repair building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Conduct safety inspections and support special projects.
