The Kona Kai San Diego Resort is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and building systems. You will lead the engineering team, manage work orders, and support preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, guest-centric operation.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, while ensuring guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained.

With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Maintenance Engineering Supervisor at our island-inspired resort.

The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor oversees the maintenance and operation of resort facilities, equipment, and building systems. This hands-on role supervises engineering team members, manages work orders, supports preventive maintenance programs, and helps ensure a safe and exceptional guest experience.
