Job summary

The ideal candidate will have progressive hospitality engineering and supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Excellent written and oral communication is essential for coordinating with staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible work experience in hospitality engineering and facilities maintenance with leadership duties.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to read blue prints and schematics;
• Must have a strong working knowledge of all major building systems and tracking orders.
• Highly preferred: Universal Refrigerants Certification.
