Job summary

Croda is seeking an Engineering Manager - Maintenance at our Mill Hall, PA site to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance, drive safe, reliable plant performance, and manage maintenance programs.

The role oversees a team of E&I technicians, develops maintenance strategies, tracks metrics, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• 10 years of maintenance management experience in the chemical process industry may be considered.
• Knowledge of SAP CMMS required.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Written and oral proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all E&I technician operations at the site, including preventative, predictive, scheduled, and nonscheduled maintenance work.
• Ensure instrumentation and electronics are maintained so the plant runs at peak operating efficiency.
• Develop and implement site maintenance programs, including predictive, preventative, and emergency work procedures and protocols.
• Oversee emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment to maintain plant condition and improve operating efficiency safely.
• Use the plant CMMS to plan and track maintenance activities across the site.
• Ensure department activities comply with Company, government, site, and operational regulations.
• Assist in developing the site capital plan and review safety and health aspects of site maintenance and construction activities.
