Job summary

Synagro is seeking a maintenance leader to ensure asset reliability, regulatory compliance, and a safe work environment at our facility. You will oversee the maintenance program, coordinate with operations, and manage resources including contractors and parts to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Millwright diploma with management experience in industrial services, and a track record of developing staff and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright diploma or related maintenance/engineering education preferred.
• Experience with increasing management responsibility in industrial services.
• Experience in a Profit/Loss leadership role with budget responsibilities.
• Employee development and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a maintenance program to ensure asset reliability and readiness within schedule and budget.
• Promote a safe work environment with safety plans and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with lead operators and operations to meet production goals.
• Ensure resources (personnel, equipment, contractors) are available for projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and support customer-centric growth.
