Job summary

A manufacturing company based in Evans City, PA, is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading maintenance, engineering, and capital project activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. This role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in engineering and 3 years in a managerial position, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering or maintenance in a PSM-covered plant.
• 3+ years as a manager or supervisor in engineering or maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of maintenance and engineering activities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage project execution for repair and overhaul of plant assets.

Skills
