Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance activities for production lines and plant equipment.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and building codes.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate major repairs.
• Plan budgets and manage spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance work.
• Report to Plant Manager and coordinate with production supervisors.
