The role offers hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, engineering projects, and reliability initiatives while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcripts may be requested for verification.
• Ability to perform onsite work in Canton, MS.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment reliability initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, uptime, and efficiency.
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning projects within Trim and Chassis operations.
• Analyze maintenance and production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning activities related to equipment performance and future manufacturing needs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and engineering documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
