Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for solving problems and optimizing processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Participation in engineering societies or STEM activities (NSBE, SME, SWE, ASME, IEEE, etc.) is a plus.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above; transcripts may be requested.

Ability to perform work onsite at Canton, MS.
