Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA with sophomore standing.
• Full-time 6-month rotations in 2027, with potential return for additional terms.
• Strong problem solving, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Maximo to enter work orders and manage WO flow.
• Develop report generation for work orders, spends, and inventory.
• Conduct investigations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support maintenance reliability improvement initiatives with maintenance and production.
• Provide technical support and analytical analysis for the maintenance department.
• Create data flow diagrams/technical diagrams.
• Lead small capital projects by supervising vendors and writing AFCE.
• Assist maintenance planner and supervisor as needed.
