You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to requests, and collaborate with contractors to ensure safety and efficiency across the property. A strong work ethic and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records

$27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.
• Spanish is a plus. Basic math and computer skills are a must.
• We would love it if you can thrive on your own and work well with others in a team - we are a group of independent collaborators!
