East West Hospitality is looking for a dependable Engineering Technician to join our team in Snowmass Village. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the safety and functionality of residential and hospitality properties.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills and a customer-oriented attitude. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and delivering exceptional service to our guests and homeowners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve routine maintenance issues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.

Position Summary

East West Hospitality isseekinga dependable and service-oriented Engineering Technician to join our Engineering team in Snowmass Village. This hands‑on positionis responsible formaintainingthe safety, appearance, and functionality of residential and hospitality properties while delivering exceptional service to guests, homeowners, and fellow associates.

The Engineering Technician performs preventive maintenance, responds to work orders,assistswith troubleshooting building systems, and supports evening operations across multiple properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality maintenance field.

• Job Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging
• Pay Rate: $28 to $30/Hourly
• Schedule: 3:0pm to 11:30pm
• Employment Status: Full- Time Year Round
• Start Date: ASAP

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest, homeowner, and operational maintenance requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in occupied residences and guest accommodations.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, guests, front desk personnel, and coworkers.
• Support after‑hoursoperational needs and emergency response situations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout residential and hospitality properties.
• Assistwith troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, lighting, doors, locks, and general building systems.
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and cosmetic repairs.
• Replace lamps, fixtures, batteries, filters, and other building components as needed.
• Assistwith seasonal maintenance projects and property improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve routine maintenance issues.
• Strong workethicand willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during evening hours.
• Strong communicationand customer service skills.
• Experience in hospitality, resort, condominium, or residential property maintenance is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but notrequired.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
