East West Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer Technician I at Solaris Residences in Vail to ensure all systems run smoothly and guest experiences exceed expectations. Training will be provided to develop skills in cutting-edge building operations and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems.
• Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects.
• Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees
• Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems

What's In It For You:

Enjoy a 4 day work week, a parking pass in Vail, ski/bike breaks!This position is eligible for our Winter Wellness Incentive: an Epic Merchant ski pass or end of season bonus, depending on start date.

Pay Rate

$27/hour +, DOE. $1,000 hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and the second half after 90 days of employment.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.
• Spanish is a plus. Basic math and computer skills are a must.
