East West Hospitality is seeking Maintenance Engineering Technicians for year-round work in Beaver Creek, CO. The role involves keeping homes and associations in top condition, with hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa duties.

You’ll work on-site in the Upper Village, start 9/1/2026, and enjoy a flexible schedule. Valid Colorado driver’s license and legal US work status are required, along with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset and strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
• Professional, trustworthy, and dependable with a strong customer service mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and associations throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
• Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests through ALICE.
• Perform hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.
• Complete basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
• Assist with pool and spa maintenance and repairs.

What You’ll Do Includes
