$23 - $27/hr depending on experience
Saturday - Wednesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
You’re at least 21 years old by your start date and legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis with no specific end date. You have at least one year of related maintenance experience, strong communication skills and are a motivated self‑starter. You’re dependable, hardworking, and take pride in seeing projects through. You enjoy hands‑on work, are comfortable using tools, and approach repairs with a practical, problem‑solving mindset. A strong team player with clear communication skills, you deliver great service while staying adaptable, organized, and detail‑oriented. You’re physically able to lift, climb, and work in a variety of environments and comfortable using a phone or tablet to manage daily tasks. Related maintenance training, an apprenticeship, or certification(s) is preferred but not required for this entry level position, along with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
